Maybe you’ve created systems at home that allow your house to run like a well oiled machine!? If you have a strong work ethic, incredible organisation skills, and are already working as a VA or looking to use your pre-existing experience to start a new self-employed journey, we would love to hear from you! Although it’s by no means a necessity to work with us, when it comes to Virtual Assistant Associates, we do particularly champion parents who are looking for flexible, childcare-friendly careers. We’ve both been there – having a wealth of knowledge and experience, but unable to put our skills to their full use due to childcare restrictions. We want to give our team the freedom to not be confined to four walls, escape the usual 9-5 schedule, avoid expensive childcare and the worry of calling in sick if your child is poorly.
With one of our core values being fun, our relaxed, unstuffy style gives people permission to be themselves with us. Proving that a company can be non-corporate, non-intimidating and non-toxic whilst still being highly professional and competent. We value authenticity over corporate conformity any day of the week!
